The Membership Coordinator is a key member and public representative of #TeamELEVATE. Working remotely, this individual is primarily responsible for:
- Monitoring member registrations and addressing registration and/or payment issues with payment processor
- Running membership reports and presenting stats and recommendations to the ELEVATE Northeast executive team
- Creating effective collateral and processes for onboarding and nurturing business and individual members
- Collaborating with ELEVATE’s director of finance to produce and analyze member-related financial reports
